The means to our ends...
I am a strong believer that successful psychotherapy cannot be "one size fits all." My approach is eclectic in that I rely on different therapeutic modalities including, among others: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). My goal is to always offer a unique person-centered experience to each and every client. I am certified in Trauma-Informed Counselling, and work frequently with individuals living with mental and physical health challenges, addiction, stress, depression, anxiety and adjustment to disability and/or loss.
